Delivery Times and Off Loading: Delivery of our products in stock will be dispatched for next day delivery. Other items that are out of stock payment will not be taken and u will be notified when it is likely to be in stock or for an alternative product. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but delays in delivery of goods is outside our control. Goods are normally despatched via a Courier and usually within 24-48hrs. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Delivery of the item is to your street door only and does not cover the handing of the goods inside buildings ie. upstairs, in lifts & long hall ways. Large and Heavy items, it will be necessary to have someone on hand capable of assisting the driver to off load it. Some drivers can be helpful in this matter, but any help they give you is totally at the drivers discretion and this arrangement is strictly between you and the driver.
Risk & Damage: As soon as the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. It is important that you check the quantity and the exterior of the packaging and note it before signing for it. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.Please note that once u sign for the goods if there are any damages and you have not noted this on the couriers consignment before hand then we will in no way be responsible for the damages.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 5 days of delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 5 days from delivery. Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 days from the expected delivery date. Our carriers will normally leave a card should you be out. If you have made an arrangement for an item to be delivered on a specific day, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the goods. If the carriers return the undelivered item to us for non-delivery a surcharge will be levied. This is usually at least twice the outbound carriage charge.
Cancellation of Orders & Returns: Please note we check all our clothing before posting out for any damages, any clothing you buy is your responsibility to make sure you order the correct size,due to the costs clothing is non returnable. No Fault Returns and or Cancellation. You are entitled to withdraw from this contract at any time up to 14 days from us processing your order. Once an item has been shipped you will received a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery and collection charges plus a handling charge. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original box or packaging. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery to gain authorisation. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. However we can organise the return for you. We will refund your card less the outbound carriage cost, return carriage cost and a handling charge. Goods received back ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components or accessories – the cost of the accessories will be charged to you. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Where the item was on promotion with Free Outbound Shipping for the purpose of returns the outbound carriage will be calculated at our normal scale of charges. Goods returned 14 - 28 days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We will not accept any item back beyond 28 days. PLEASE NOTE: Returns of Food Stuff We are unable to accept the return of any food and similar products where the seal has been broken or the container opened for any reason whatsoever.
